12mm solid carbide shank boring bar

Solid carbide boring bar uses tcmt 21.51/52 inserts. Minimum bore diameter is .540in.This bar performs exceptionally well at 6xd overhang. Reducing cutting parameters slightly can allow for good finishes at extended overhangs up to 10xd. This bar has a 93 degree approach angle so finishing the bottom of a blind bore is no problem at all. T8 wrench and 4 inserts are included. 2 inserts for steel and 2 for aluminum or other nonferrous materials. The overall length of the bar is 5.8in. Our bar features a 90degree angled braze joint for maximum strength and durability.
